3. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event/session.

Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

All transactions are securely processed via trusted third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the unlikely event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

5. Image Rights and Usage

Shenal Yohan Photography retains copyright ownership of all images taken.

Clients receive a personal use license, allowing them to print, share, and display their photos for non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use of images requires prior written consent.

We reserve the right to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

We take great care in delivering high-quality photography services, but we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure) that may affect the outcome of your photos.

In the event of data loss due to technical failure, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid or a rescheduled session.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details and ensure all necessary permissions for photography at their venue.

Any delays or obstructions caused by the client or their guests may impact the final outcome of the photos.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your phone number with any third party.

All personal data is securely stored and protected.

9. Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Shenal Yohan Photography regarding your wedding or event details, booking confirmations, reminders, and additional service information.

Standard messaging rates may apply based on your carrier.

Your phone number will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in cases of service cancellation by Shenal Yohan Photography or failure to deliver services as agreed.

Deposits are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
